Lilly Pulitzer Spring 14 Collection

I realize this post is a liiittle late, as most Lilly lovers have probably already seen the recent spring arrivals. However. This is my blog, my little corner of the internet, and by golly, I'll post what I want! (Sorry to go all diva on you there, but it's Sunday night, and I'm taking that out on you right now...) I probably don't need any more Lilly, but it can't hurt to make a list of a few of my favorites, right?!
This dress is the cutest cut- I feel like it just has a classic look that can't be beat (except possibly by the shift). I'm really diggin' the hollyhock print, too!

I love how this top is colorful and Lilly without being "too much." The back has pretty gold buttons, and it could definitely be dressed up or down.

Another dress that may suit those who aren't as crazy about Lilly's usual pink and green prep-tastic pieces. I like how beachy and light this looks.

For some reason, I'm super into the loose warp look right now. It's not a frumpy poncho, yet it's not very... shaped. (Obviously I'm a super fashionista and I know how to word things.)

How beautiful is this dress?! The colors are stunning. I'm in love (with everything except the price tag).

Last, but not least (actually definitely number one in my heart), the beloved Elsa top in the even more beloved First Impressions print. This print is quite possibly my favorite Lilly print ever

What are your thoughts on Lilly Pulitzer? Is it just meant for cliche, basic college sorority girls and ritzy older women resorting in Palm Beach? Or is it more versatile than some haters give credit?! (I think you can obviously tell which side I'm on! hehe)

  1. I am loving that last blue dress. Ive always felt the Lilly print is a little to busy for me, and their prices are not right in my case. But a couple of these items have me wishing the price tags were a little easier on the eyes. I hope you had a great weekend chick!
